It was accorded the MSC Status in February 2008 and was awarded the gold award for the best telemarketing contact centre by the contact centre association of malaysia in October 2008. KSOL provides facilities, services and solutions for customers in the areas of contact centre services, corporate IT management and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
